To enter, eligible participants must:
- Book a qualifying stay during the competition period.
- Use the promo code PARTYTIME at the time of booking.
-Pay in full by 30 November 2025.

Each eligible booking automatically enters the draw.

Prize: 
-Major Prize: Refund of accommodation costs up to $2,000 AUD.
- Total prize over $6,800 AUD
- Refund applies only to selected room types; block-out dates apply.
- Any amount above $2,000 AUD is non refundable.
- Prize is non-transferable, to redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- No upgrades or extras are included

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected via a random draw on 12 December 2025. The draw will be conducted at StayCo's head office. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. Prize vouchers will be issued on arrival at the selected resort. 

Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is unclaimed by 20 December 2025, a redraw will occur on 21 December 2025 under the same conditions.

Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in Australia, excluding employees of StayCo and their immediate families.

Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to have their name and booking details used in StayCo's marketing and promotional materials. 

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with StayCo's Privacy Policy.

General Conditions: StayCo reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, subject to applicable laws. The promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
